"Let me introduce you to my girlfriend" is the thirteenth chapter of A Sign of Affection Manga series. It has been compiled within volume 4, and is written and illustrated by Suu Morishita.

Plot

Shin stands at the door of his house looking at Yuki thoughtfully, trying to remember if he had seen her before. Itsuomi confirms that they had seen each other, but he was drunk.

Shin invites them in, and is annoyed that Itsuomi asks Yuki if she wants to come in. He is also surprised that Yuki doesn't answer him. Upon asking about her favorite music, Itsuomi confirms that Yuki cannot hear, since she is deaf from birth.

Shin asks how they communicate, to which Itsuomi tells him that Yuki reads lips, but also uses a cell phone and sign language.

While talking to Itsuomi, he notices how Itsuomi looks at Yuki and how he holds hand with her.

After that, Yuki and Itsuomi sit face to face with Shin. He begins to question them. Shin confesses that he thought he would date a foreigner since he traveled so much. Itsuomi denies it. He wasn't planning to, but since he met Yuki, whenever he had the time he went to see her. He found himself trying to get away with her when they went out with Kyouya.

Shin is surprised, as this is the first time he sees that in him. At that moment, he looks at Yuki and asks her if she loves Itsuomi. Yuki's face turns red at that question, and she realizes that she hasn't told Itsuomi. Armed with courage, she tells him that she likes him. Shin is satisfied with the answer. Looking down, Yuki sees Itsuomi caressing her hand with his other hand, but she doesn't understand his intention.

Shin promises Itsuomi that he will tell Emma himself, although he doesn't know how to tell her. Itsuomi asks him what he will do, because he knows that he is in love with Emma. Shin resigns himself, as he thinks that even if he sees it as an opportunity, he knows it won't change anything in their relationship. Sensing that they were talking about something important, Yuki tried not to look at their mouths.

Saying goodbye, Shin encourages them, because they won't have it easy. He also makes Yuki promise to take care of Itsuomi.

After meeting Shin, Yuki still feels nervous. While they are walking, Itsuomi receives a call from Johannes, his best friend from Germany, and switches to video call to introduce him to Yuki. Yuki is paralyzed by the sudden video call and not being able to read his lips since he is not speaking Japanese.

At the end of the video call, Yuki is surprised by one of Johannes' gestures during the call, and Itsuomi explains its meaning. Yuki confirms that it means "20" in Japanese sign language.

Itsuomi, seeing that there has been confusion over the meanings, asks him if he confused "kiss" with "hug" when reading lips before. Yuki blushes, and asks if that was a way to say hello abroad, but Itsuomi tells her no, that she did it because he thought she was as cute as a Ermine.

Itsuomi writes to her that next time, to avoid another mistake, he will give her a sign, such as pinching her cheek, and that she can do it too, but involuntarily, Yuki moves her body away from Itsuomi and her face turns bright red. Itsuomi laughs, and tells her that they have all the time in the world.

The next day, Shin calls Kyôya to tell him that Itsuomi introduced him to Yuki. Shin asks if he should try to ask out Emma, to which Kyôya encourages him to do so. Hanging up, Shin calls Emma.

After class, while Yuki is talking to Rin in the university courtyard, Itsuomi comes over to talk to them. Rin suggests Itsuomi go out with the four of them. Seeing how Itsuomi interprets Yuki's signs, Rin is amazed and sets out to learn sign language. Itsuomi then proposes a sign language training camp, to which Rin and Yuki agree.
