" I Don't Want to Go Home" is the fifteenth chapter of A Sign of Affection Manga series. It has been compiled within volume 4, and is written and illustrated by Suu Morishita.

Yuki knows that Itsuomi doesn't want to let her go home, not because he wants her to teach him more sign language. Yuki responds that she doesn't want to go home.
Then Itsuomi touches Yuki's cheek and pinches it gently. Knowing the meaning of that gesture, Yuki prepares for the kiss, but she receives it on her cheek.
At that moment, Rin and Kyôya are back. Rin walks supported by Kyôya because she has sprained her foot. Kyôya has to take Rin to the hospital, and seeing that they can't be left without a car, they decide to finish the camp.
Yuki mentally regrets saying that she didn't want to come back, it was very bold in itself. While Yuki and Itsuomi are being picked up, Kyôya and Rin talk in the car about what happened between them. Kyôya had admitted with a bit of shame that he had realized how Rin feels about him. Rin asked him if that was a bother, but Kyôya denied it and shyly confessed to Rin that he was acting like a child by being jealous of the call. When Rin tried to deny it, her foot slipped.
Back to the present, Rin feels embarrassed but Kyôya tells her that she looks really cute.
When they arrive at the city, Yuki and Itsuomi say goodbye to Rin and Kyôya. Seeing that it's early, Itsuomi suggests that Yuki continue with the camp and they go to a tavern. In the distance, an unknown girl watches them. Yuki teaches Itsuomi signs about beer and edamame. Placing the glass of oolong tea on the table, Itsuomi is surprised at how delicately she places it on the table. Yuki tells him that her mother always scolded her for making noise, and that she tries her best to do it slowly.
As the two leave the place, Itsuomi asks Yuki to go buy some things. When Itsuomi brings Yuki over at his place, she realizes that the proposition of not going home was in effect.
Seeing Yuki nervous, Itsuomi assures her that they are only going to be together. He begins to undress to go take a shower. Yuki blushes and pulls his shirt to cover him. Itsuomi gives Yuki a sweatshirt and pants to change into. When she is alone in the living room, Yuki finds Itsuomi's sign language notebook, feeling very happy that she has redrawn Itsuomi's signs, and that furthermore, the signs she taught him, he does it without problems.
Elsewhere, Oushi is in his room with the mystery girl, Izumi. She is telling him that she saw Yuki with a boy who looked like she was her boyfriend. Oushi is annoyed that Itsuomi knows how to sign and Izumi tells him to be honest with himself and leaves the room.
Yuki's phone receives a call from Oushi. Having left it in the bathroom, Itsuomi, who just got out of the shower, watches the call indifferently.
