Plot

Upon arriving at Yuki's house, Oushi asks her if she thinks he is strange. Yuki replies that he feels a little different from usual. Oushi answers that he would like to be more straightforward, and Yuki wonders if it has something to do with his friends from university, and if he is fighting with someone.

Yuki tells him that when she entered university, she didn't know anyone, and when Oushi spoke to her in sign language, it made her hopeful. She tells him to be himself.

Oushi reflects momentarily on this and says goodbye to Yuki. As she watches Oushi leave, Yuki wonders how much she really knows about him.

It's the weekend and Yuki's first day of work. After successfully finishing the first day, Yuki wants to go see Itsuomi, but upon arriving at the bar she sees that there are too many people, so she gives up and goes home.

Shin and Emma meet. Shin tells Emma that Itsuomi has a girlfriend. Emma accepts it and thanks him for his concern.

Shin asks Emma if she can give him a chance. Emma is surprised by this confession, and reminds him that he always denied it in high school. Shin confesses that he did it because he never thought about confessing for fear of rejection.

As Yuki prepares to go to bed, a message comes to her cell phone from Itsuomi saying that he is out. Yuki looks out from the balcony and begins to sign, but due to the darkness, Itsuomi does not understand anything, and says goodbye to her.

Yuki runs down and stops Itsuomi from leaving, but she hasn't noticed that she is wearing pajamas. Itsuomi covers Yuki with his jacket and hugs her. Yuki thinks that when he hugs her tightly she can feel the vibrations of him speaking, and all her impatience from not being able to get her message across, disappears.

Itsuomi asks her if she was in front of the bar, and Yuki affirms it, because she wanted to see him for a moment. After teasing her a bit, he asks her how her first day was. Yuki tells him how she felt about her job and tells him in sign language that she will do everything she can to save money.

Itsuomi then tells her that she would like to talk to Yuki another time, and not to worry so much about saving, but to enjoy her life. He also tells her that they should have a date, even if it's for half a day or two or three hours, and where she would like to go, and that he is looking forward to that date.
