" The Two who Met" is the fourty-fourth chapter of A Sign of Affection Manga series. It has not been compiled within volume 11 as of yet in Japan, and is written and illustrated by Suu Morishita.

Plot[]
Itsuomi continues telling his story to Yuki.
He decided to return to Japan at 16, since, growing up in Germany, he did not know about Japan. This also made his sister feel sad, but she understood his reasons.
Itsuomi, seeing Yuki crying, goes to get a towel for her, apologizing for making her cry.
Yuki rushes to hug him, thinking about everything he has had to endure these years alone.
Itsuomi crushes her face with the towel, and comments that he has to tell her something important.
Elsewhere, Hisaji, Yuki's father, leaving the sauna with a hat, thinking that he could buy one for Itsuomi to accompany him. However, upon seeing the tables where Itsuomi told him the origin of the tattoo, he remembers the conversation he had with him. Itsuomi confessed that he didn´t want to tell Yuki about his story for fear of worrying her about his dream.
Still, Hisaji wants to meet him again.
Returning to Itsuomi and Yuki, she is warming up to prepare for what Itsuomi wants to tell her. He pushes her, next to him, to the couch, sitting her down. He comments that whenever he sees a boy similar in age to his friend, he remembers him. He is also aware that his head is full of dreams that he may not be able to fulfill.
Itsuomi tells Yuki that meeting her may have caused him to realize this, and confesses, in sign language, that he loves her. Yuki gets excited, because it's the first time he's said it to her. She gives him the "kiss" sign as she thinks about how he also helped her get stronger.
As they had decided in the morning, they go to bed together. Yuki starts to approach him as an indication that she wants to continue what they couldn't do at his house, but Itsuomi pats her on the back. Yuki is taken aback, but Itsuomi gives her a knowing look, understanding why she did this.
Suddenly, a message arrives on Itsuomi's cell phone. It's Oushi, who wants the three of them to meet to talk.
