Plot[]
Itsuomi arrives home from work to be greeted by Yuki, who's overly affectionate. Itsuomi thinks it's because of the conversation they had about the future.
However, when he enters the living room, he sees that there are birthday decorations, since it's September 1st, so he's his birthday.
Yuki tells him she's been acting strange because, as he told her, in Germany it's bad luck to wish someone a happy birthday early. Seeing this, Itsuomi thinks it'll be harder and harder to leave Yuki's side when she has to leave.
Seeing that he's starting to receive a lot of congratulatory messages, Yuki asks if there are any pretty girls among them. Itsuomi confirms that they're at the seminar group. Seeing her expression, he asks if she's jealous, but Yuki denies it, not wanting him to think badly of her, but still worried about their presence.
At that point, Itsuomi puts his head on Yuki's lap, confirming that he'll only be traveling with her. He also mentions a video call to Germany, making Yuki doubt her German skills.
Elsewhere, Emma is with her sister talking about a future marriage with Shin, who worries about a future breakup due to her history with other boyfriends, but relaxes when she sees that everything is going well.
The next day, Itsuomi is with Shin and Oushi, as Shin wants to propose to Emma, but doesn't know how. Itsuomi asks him if he's sure since he's been here so little time. Shin replies that he's afraid someone better might come along.
As they leave, Shin and Oushi give him his present (a hair gel). Oushi notices that Itsuomi is very focused. As he says goodbye, he smears it on him, leaving him with cat ears, which annoys him.
Itsuomi ponders whether he's a good boyfriend, as he's been following in the footsteps of someone he's admired since childhood. Despite this, he doesn't want to give up on Yuki.
Upon arriving at work, Itsuomi sees her with the neighbor.
