"Want to show her & Want him to see me" is the seventh chapter of A Sign of Affection Manga series. It has been compiled within volume 2, and is written and illustrated by Suu Morishita.

Itsuomi's arm continues to wrap around Yuki. Itsuomi moves his arm a little to get her attention. When she gets it, he asks her if she is tired and what if she wants to lean on his shoulder. Yuki looks at him and he says "it's okay." Yuki is taken aback by that answer.
Without leaving that position, they start eating. Suddenly Yuki's attention is drawn to the photos on the shelf. As she gets closer, she sees a family photo of Itsuomi (with black hair), his father, and sister celebrating "Shichi-go-san" about three years ago.
Taking advantage of that opportunity, Yuki asks him how it is possible that he and Rin are going to start third, if he is older than Rin. Itsuomi explains that it is because he uses the "Working Holiday" mode, and that he is 22 years old.
Yuki also asks him where his family is, to which Itsuomi answers that in Germany, where he has lived for a few years, and although he has been there for years, his father only communicates in English. At that, Itsuomi asks her if her family uses sign language.
Yuki writes to her that her family doesn´t use sign language, that they communicate through graphic means, such as cell phones or notebooks, and even with gestures. She also says that through "mouthing" (they communicate), which is not only important for lip reading, but also for pronunciation. Itsuomi asks her if that means she oralizes. Yuki answers that only with her family, to which Itsuomi asks why.
Yuki writes that it's because people have told her that her voice is strange, but she doesn't show it to Itsuomi to prevent the atmosphere from becoming tense.
Then, for some reason, Itsuomi brings coins from all over the world and shows them to Yuki. While she is distracted, Itsuomi leaves and appears wearing a tribal mask. Yuki is so excited that she starts to laugh, without realizing that it is a loud laugh. Itsuomi turns around surprised to hear her.
At that moment, Kyôya calls to ask if he has accompanied Yuki home, but Itsuomi tells him that they are at his house. Kyôya warns him not to do anything weird. Itsuomi hangs up the phone.
While Yuki was eating a salad, Itsuomi stares at her, and suddenly starts tickling her. Yuki pushes him away from her, but Itsuomi tells her that he wanted to make her laugh again, because he found her laugh adorable.
Itsuomi asks her to teach him more about her while he touches her hearing aid, and if he bothers her about the questions he asks about her.
When Yuki answers "it's okay", Itsuomi takes her hand and asks her again how far does that go from the other day.
Meanwhile, Rin and Kyôya are talking in the car about Itsuomi and Yuki. Kyôya wonders if he is that close with other girls, but Rin confirms that he is not. Kyôya continues thinking about how Itsuomi feels about Yuki. He wonders how Itsuomi thinks that Yuki belongs to him, that how guys can get possessive over cute girls. He says it's just a speculation. Rin hints that she would like to have someone like him, but Kyôya doesn´t understand her hint, although he immediately invites her to dinner.
Returning to Itsuomi and Yuki, not understanding her sign, she begins to write on the palm of her hand.
