"I Always Want to be Watching Her" is the nineth chapter of A Sign of Affection Manga series. It has been compiled within volume 3, and is written and illustrated by Suu Morishita.

Plot[]
After her hand are kissed, Yuki blushes, and loses strength in her legs. Itsuomi asks her if she is alright. Yuki starts looking for her cell phone to write to him, but she sees that Itsuomi has just written to her, asking her to turn around to look at him. As she does so, she finds him face to face.
Yuki, meeting Itsuomi's eyes, asks him if he understands the meaning of the sign, to which he replies yes, he does.
Itsuomi writes to Yuki that he knows that Rin is going to see Kyôya at the bar, that it is the same thing that she was comingto see Itsuomi. Yuki nods at that question. Itsuomi, somehow had a feeling that, that was the case.
Yuki musters up the courage to tell him that she likes him, but when she wants to see Itsuomi's reaction, she sees that he hasn't seen it, because he is talking to Kyôya about a reservation at the bar and that he has to leave early, and besides, He tells her that he's going abroad for almost a month at the beginning of next week.
Itsuomi, who saw Yuki with a sad expression, asks her to send him sign language videos to continue practicing.
When Itsuomi leaves, Yuki shyly asks him why he kissed her hand, then Itsuomi pats Yuki's head, nudges it and not "hearing" Itsuomi's request-like question about whether he can fall in love with her. Yuki looks out to the balcony to see Itsuomi leaving, and when she sees Rin arrive home, she goes down to hug her and thank her for her help.
Elsewhere, Oushi is taking a friend's dog for a walk. He meets up with Yuki's mother, and she thanks him for being by Yuki's side. He also asks how Yuki is doing, to which her mother responds that she must be doing well, because she has stayed at a friend's house. Oushi thinks it's a lie to get Yuki and Itsuomi alone, and asks for Yuki's number.
At the bar, Kyôya asks Itsuomi about Yuki and what he is going to do with her, since he goes abroad a lot. Itsuomi confesses about her feelings for Yuki in response to Kyôya's insistent questions.
Kyôya wonders if Itsuomi has realized that he has got it bad for Yuki. At that moment, Rin and Yuki enter the bar. Seeing Yuki, who arrived late, Itsuomi asks her about her curfew. When Itsuomi finds out that Yuki´s sleeping over at Rin´s place, he takes Yuki out of the bar to talk.
Outside, Yuki offers to give him the scarf so that he won't be so cold, but Itsuomi wraps his arms around Yuki's shoulders and murmurs that she's warm. Itsuomi starts to write on her whiteboard about a topic, but decides to do it by signs.
